EasySkill Career Academy is a fast-growing IT training and career development company offering job-oriented courses in Full Stack Development, Data Science, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, AI/ML, and other in-demand career skills.
We are looking for a strong HR Manager who can build and manage a powerful people system for recruitment, staff retention, performance management, employee discipline, HR operations, training coordination, and student placement support.
Role Overview:
This is not a basic HR admin role. We need someone who can take ownership of hiring, employee management, team performance, retention, documentation, HR policies, and coordination between departments.
The ideal candidate should be practical, disciplined, target-driven, people-smart, and capable of building systems that help the company scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage hiring for counsellors, sales team, trainers, placement team, marketing team, operations team, and technical roles.
- Post jobs on Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, WhatsApp groups, and local hiring channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, salary, experience, communication, location, and role fit.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads, and follow up until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Employee Retention & Engagement
- Understand employee problems, attrition reasons, motivation issues, and internal conflicts.
- Create systems to improve staff retention and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and one-on-one discussions.
- Support managers in improving team culture, communication, ownership, and discipline.
- Performance Management
- Create and manage KRAs, KPIs, performance scorecards, review formats, and reporting systems.
- Track department-wise performance and coordinate with team leaders.
- Support performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Help management with promotion, warning, salary growth, and reward systems.
- HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, employee documents, offer letters, appointment letters, attendance, leave records, and exit process.
- Maintain employee files, HR data, and internal records.
- Create and improve HR policies, SOPs, internal processes, and communication systems.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, workplace standards, and proper reporting.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate induction and training for new employees.
- Identify skill gaps with department heads.
- Create training calendars and follow-up systems.
- Support internal learning and team development.
- Student Placement Support
- Coordinate with placement team, trainers, and management for student placement activities.
- Support employer database creation, student readiness tracking, interview coordination, and placement follow-up.
- Help build systems that improve student placement results.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in EdTech, education, training institute, recruitment consultancy, BPO, IT services, or any sales-driven company will be preferred.

- Experience in counsellor hiring, sales hiring, trainer hiring, telecaller hiring, or placement team hiring.
- Experience using Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job portals.
- Experience in bulk hiring and employee retention.
- Experience creating HR systems, policies, and performance review processes.
- MBA HR or relevant HR qualification will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for HR productivity will be preferred.
