Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.
- Install and troubleshoot IP and analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and terminate network cables, power cables, and connectors.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper system functionality.
- Provide technical support and basic user training to customers.
- Prepare service reports and maintain installation records.
- Follow company safety standards and complete assigned work on time.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Knowledge of IP cameras, networking, DVR/NVR configuration, and structured cabling.
- Ability to use installation and testing tools.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
- Freshers with basic technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
