Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR & Sales Executive to manage both human resource functions and sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, business development, client relationship management, and achieving organizational goals. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction, training, and engagement activities.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present company products/services and explain their benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Sales, or a similar role (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
