Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Home Loans through field sales, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective customers and explain home loan products.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Ensure timely disbursement of approved loans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Home Loans, LAP, or Mortgage Sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
