Job Description
- Cold Calling: Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to new or past leads.
- Property Pitch: Explain property features, prices, and amenities clearly.
- Book Visits: Schedule on-site tours or meetings for senior sales managers.
- Update Data: Enter all call notes and client details into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Follow-up: Call leads back on decided dates to check their interest levels.
- Hit Targets: Meet daily or monthly goals for calls made and visits booked.
Top Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12 th of a High School Diploma; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in real estate sales, telesales, or BPO roles.
- Communication: Excellent spoken skills in local languages (Marathi, Hindi) and English.
- Patience: Ability to handle client rejections or cold-calling hang-ups without losing temper.
Expected Salary Range
- Freshers: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced (1-3 years): ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month
- Perks: Often includes daily or monthly cash incentives for every booked site visit or closed sale
