Job Description
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close property sales.
- Maintain customer data and update sales reports/CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
- Achieve monthly sales and contribute to business growth
