Job Description
Looking for an fulltime, onboard staff member for the following jobs:
- Cleaning cars
- Walking and feeding Dogs
- Watering plants, lawns
- Cleaning/ Housekeeping of external fixtures and furniture
- SPOC for all inbound couriers
- Work as guard (manage ingress/egress of residents, guests, part-time staff, and visitors)
- Supervise maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, gardening jobs (as delegated or needed)
- All other jobs/ chores that are outside the purview of cooks and maids.
Basic education, lodging and boarding will be provided.
