We are looking for Data Entry Female candidate in our company. Mention details are job description and preferred language would be Gujarati.


  1. Entered and maintained accurate product information, including jewelry descriptions, weights, purity, stone details, and pricing.
  2. Updated inventory records in ERP/software systems.
  3. Prepared purchase orders, sales invoices, and stock reports.
  4. Verified data accuracy and corrected errors in product records.
  5. Maintained customer and vendor databases.
  6. Recorded gold, diamond, and gemstone inventory transactions.
  7. Assisted in stock audits and reconciliation.
  8. Generated daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  9. Coordinated with sales, production, and inventory teams to ensure accurate data management.
  10. Ensured confidentiality and accuracy of business records.
