Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain employee reimbursement and vendor payment records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments as required.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Generate MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
