Job Description – Tele Sales ExecutiveCompany: Interluxspace Interior

Location: Moshi, PCMC, Pune

Job SummaryInterluxspace Interior is looking for a confident and energetic Tele Sales Executive who can handle customer inquiries, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing skills, and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into appointments.
• Explain Interluxspace Interior's services confidently and effectively.
• Convince prospects to schedule free consultations with our design team.
• Follow up with existing leads until conversion.
• Maintain daily call records, lead status, and customer data in Excel and CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams for appointments and updates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain professional communication through phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, formulas, and report preparation).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and email.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Good listening and follow-up skills.
• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
