Care And Share Uni-Med Pvt Ltd is hiring Home Care Nurses to provide dedicated one-to-one patient care at client locations. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates will be responsible for assisting and caring for a single patient while ensuring comfort, hygiene, and proper medical support as required.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one patient care at client location

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care

• Monitor patient health and well-being

• Maintain hygiene, comfort, and safety of the patient

• Support medication reminders and basic nursing assistance

• Coordinate with family members regarding patient care

• Maintain patient records when required

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Both Male and Female candidates can apply

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Diploma Nursing / Nursing Certificate required

• Basic nursing and patient care knowledge required
