Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Acquisition Associate to join our team and promote Tally Solutions to prospective clients. The role focuses on generating leads, handling inbound sales inquiries, and nurturing customer relationships to drive sales of Tally software. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, familiarity with Tally products, and the ability to manage sales processes remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert inbound sales inquiries into opportunities for Tallyprime solutions.
- Qualify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Demonstrate the value of Tally software to prospective clients by explaining its features and benefits.
- Understand clients’ business needs and recommend the appropriate Tally solutions and modules.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including handling negotiations, pricing, and closing deals.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and manage follow-ups to meet monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features of Tally solutions and market trends.
Requirements:
- Education: Any degree.
- Experience:
- For Freshers: Interest in sales and basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.(Preferable)
- For Experienced Candidates: 1+ years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities remotely.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP/Prime or similar ERP software.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Tally ERP/Prime.
- Knowledge of Tally modules such as GST, payroll, and inventory management.
- Proven experience in B2B inside sales and achieving sales targets.
