Role: Telecaller

Location : Gaur City Mall

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to acquire event delegates and invitations through emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn.
• Introduce the company's media publications, advertising opportunities, and subscription services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate candidates can apply.
• Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
