Senior Property Sales ExecutiveCompany: NEXT2ONE REALTY

Location: Noida (Office + Field)

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Fixed Salary (Based on Experience & Performance)

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented professional who wants to build a long-term career in real estate.

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle buyer leads from 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks and other sources.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property site visits and explain projects professionally.
  • Follow up with clients until deal closure.
  • Coordinate with property owners and buyers.
  • Negotiate and assist in closing deals.
  • Coordinate basic civil/maintenance work whenever required.
  • Visit properties to monitor ongoing work and provide updates.
  • Maintain daily CRM updates and submit daily work reports.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of Real Estate Sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills.
  • Good follow-up and negotiation ability.
  • Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
  • Must have a valid Driving Licence.
  • Must know how to use a smartphone for WhatsApp, Google Maps and CRM updates.
  • Honest, disciplined and willing to take ownership of work.
