Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Financial OperationsManage day-to-day accounting transactions and ledger maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate recording of journal entries, receipts, payments, and adjustments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Manufacturing & Cost AccountingHandle inventory accounting and stock valuation.
  • Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods accounting.
  • Assist in product costing and cost analysis.
  • Track manufacturing overheads and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with production and stores departments for inventory controls.
  • Taxation & ComplianceManage GST calculations, return filing, and reconciliations.
  • Handle TDS deductions, payments, and return filing.
  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain statutory records and coordinate with consultants and auditors.
  • MIS & ReportingPrepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Generate cash flow, fund flow, and profitability reports.
  • Analyze financial performance and budget variances.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Audit & Internal ControlsCoordinate with statutory, tax, and internal auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and assessments.
  • Resolve audit observations and reconciliation issues.
  • Banking & Vendor ManagementManage banking transactions, fund management, and payment processing.
  • Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
  • Reconcile vendor/customer ledgers regularly.
  • Coordinate with banks for financing and routine banking matters. 


  • Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
  • GST, TDS, Income Tax & Statutory Compliance
  • Manufacturing Accounting & Costing
  • Inventory Accounting & Stock Valuation
  • Tally Prime / ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS)
  • Financial Analysis & Reconciliation
  • Audit Coordination
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
