Job SummaryAurostar Investment Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader with at least 2 years of experience in stock market sales. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales executives, drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer relationship management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into clients.
• Guide clients regarding stock market investment products and advisory services.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
• Conduct team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Develop sales strategies to increase business revenue.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with management to implement sales plans and achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
