1. Guaranteed Fixed Earning (Base Cost):
* Weekday (Mon-Thu): Rs 32 / Order
* WeekEnd (Fri-Sun): Rs 40 / Order
2. Guaranteed Order Surge (Extra Kamai):
* Peak Hours (8AM - 3PM & 7PM - 12AM): Rs 15 - 25 extra per order
* Any other time: Upto Rs 5 extra
3. Distance Payouts:
* First Mile (3 KM +): Rs 3 / KM
* Last Mile (2 KM +): Rs 10 / KM
* Cash Order Incentive: Rs 5 / Order
