Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to join Paradox Digital. Your main goal will be to drive business growth by finding new clients, setting up meetings, and selling our digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, and Performance Ads). If you love talking to people, negotiating, and smashing targets, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities (What you will do)
- Lead Generation: Pitching digital marketing services to B2B clients, retail businesses, and corporate brands.
- Client Meetings: Meeting with business owners (online or in-person) to understand their marketing issues and offer solutions.
- Deal Closing: Handling the entire sales cycle—from cold calling and pitching to sending proposals and closing the deal.
- Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets to unlock high incentive brackets.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong bonds with newly acquired clients for smooth onboarding.
