Job Description

Job SummaryThe Pest Control Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for pest management services. The role involves identifying market opportunities, preparing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and client visits.
  • Promote pest control services to commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, educational, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct site inspections and understand customer requirements to provide suitable pest management solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company profitability.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
