Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves calling customers, explaining our health insurance plans, generating leads, and helping customers choose the right policy. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers using the provided database.
• Explain health insurance products in a clear and simple way.
• Understand customer requirements and answer their questions.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion when needed.
• Eligibility Minimum Qualification: 2nd PUC or Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Kannada and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
