Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales of residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels including referrals, digital campaigns, brokers, and direct marketing.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and investors.
- Team ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Set KPIs, review performance, and implement action plans for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.
- Client Relationship ManagementUnderstand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Handle negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Reporting & MISPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Present sales forecasts and business updates to management.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills RequiredStrong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sound knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
