🔑 Role OverviewWe are seeking a female telesales executive to join our solar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion through effective telecalling. This role offers a strong earning potential with fixed salary and performance-based incentives.

• 📋 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and convincing manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with field sales team for site visits and closures.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Report daily call activities and sales progress to management.
• 🎯 Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Marathi or Hindi (English not compulsory).
• Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred (solar/renewable energy sales is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
• Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• 💰 Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 on achieving 10 unit sales
