Job Title: Counter Sales Executive cum Kitchen Helper
Company: Jagdish Farshan Pvt. Ltd.
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive cum Kitchen Helper to support both front-end sales operations and basic kitchen activities. The candidate should maintain excellent customer service, ensure cleanliness, and assist in food preparation as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the sales counter.
- Take customer orders, bill items, and handle cash/POS transactions.
- Display and replenish snacks and food products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and kitchen area.
- Assist in basic food preparation, packing, and kitchen support.
- Follow food safety and company hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the outlet team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Requirements: Minimum 10th Pass.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, food service, or kitchen operations (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Honest, disciplined, and team-oriented.
