Premium Account Executive – Field SalesAbout the RoleWe are hiring energetic and result-driven Premium Account Executives to expand our merchant network across Delhi/Noida. This role offers hands-on exposure to field sales, premium merchant onboarding, and relationship management in the fast-growing digital payments and financial services ecosystem.
Role OverviewAs a PAE, you will own merchant acquisition and account growth in your assigned geography. You will work closely with premium merchants, drive onboarding of payment solutions, and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end EDC/POS requirements for merchants in the assigned area
- Onboard premium merchants based on transaction volume and business potential
- Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, and local networking
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships through regular engagement and servicing
- Upsell value-added financial products and services to existing merchants
- Develop deep account ownership to ensure high retention and loyalty
- Track and report competitor activity to support faster and smarter market responses
- Skills & EligibilityGraduate or above
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- High sales orientation with a go-getter attitude
- Minimum 6 months of B2B or B2C sales experience
- Experience in financial products (EDC/POS, credit cards, insurance, etc.) is a plus
