Job Description
Admin Assistant FOR (NBFC)
Job Title: Admin Assistant
Department: Administration / Operations
Reporting To: Admin Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain branch records, files, and documents.
Handle customer files, loan documents, and KYC records.
Prepare and update daily MIS reports and branch reports.
Coordinate with customers.
Manage inward and outward correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Issue receipts, maintain registers, and update data in the system.
Support loan processing, disbursement, and document verification.
Monitor office supplies and maintain office assets.
Assist in compliance and audit requirements.
Schedule meetings and maintain branch administrative activities.
Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of confidential documents. �
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Basic accounting and documentation knowledge.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. �
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or finance administration is preferred.
Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply. �
