Designation : Hotel Operations Executive (B2B)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Hotel Operations Executive (B2B) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling hotel bookings, developing B2B business, coordinating with hotel partners, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent service for corporate and travel agent clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B hotel booking inquiries and reservations.
• Generate new B2B sales by connecting with travel agents and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and clients.
• Negotiate hotel rates and availability.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with hotels for booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
• Resolve client and hotel-related issues promptly.
• Maintain booking records, client data, and sales reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel operations, hotel reservations, travel sales, or B2B sales. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.)
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
