Job description

• Understand laundry and dry clean business in detail
• Manage day-to-day multiple store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
• Handle premium customers professionally and explain them our Services perfectly and make them understand why we are different in the Market.
• Generate orders through brand awareness to potential leads and existing unhappy customers for order conversion and follow-ups. Coordinate with the operations and factory team to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain transparency with customers via stores regarding pricing, services, and turnaround time Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
• Get all SOPs followed from store.
• Manage billing, order entries, and basic store reporting, Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and service standards as per company SOPs.
