Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Execute outbound calling campaigns to achieve sales targets
· Identify customer needs and determine eligibility for services
· Deliver clear and effective product communication
· Handle customer concerns and objections efficiently
· Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
· Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Shift Timings
- Reporting Time: 7:45 PM
- Log Out Time: 5:00 AM
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 Months of International Sales Experience
- Good English Communication Skills
- Strong Sales & Convincing Skills
- Ability to work in Night Shifts
- Positive Attitude & Target-Oriented Approach
