Job Summary:

We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Customer Success Executive to foster outstanding relationship with our clients’ customers and build trust through exceptional support—all from the comfort of home.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional, warm manner.

• Accurately maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.

• Promptly resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and clear, positive communication in every interaction.

• Maintain good customer relations by building strong and transparent interpersonal connection with the customers.

• Ensure seamless availability during business hours.

• Coordinate with designated senior officials and follow their instructions carefully and diligently.

• Should be flexible enough to handle other works as assigned by the manager.

• Should be willing to work outside normal work hours whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service

• Excellent and fast interpersonal relationship building ability

• Good English communication (both verbal and written)

• Problem solving abilities

• Fast and excellent ability to learn and adapt
