Job Description: Customer Support Executive (International Process)

Process: International Process

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Language: Excellent English

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in international process is mandatory.

* Freshers will not be considered for this role.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle international customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Shift Timings

India Operations

* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

US Operations

* 9-hour shift aligned with US business hours

* ⁠Cab facility for US shift Candidate

Salary: ₹37,000 (CTC)
