Billing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our paint retail showroom. The candidate will be responsible for preparing customer invoices, handling billing transactions, maintaining sales records, and supporting day-to-day showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

·      Generate accurate bills and invoices for paint and related products.

·      Handle billing software and maintain transaction records.

·      Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.

·      Coordinate with customers regarding product pricing and billing queries.

·      Maintain daily sales and billing reports.

·      Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices.

·      Assist in stock entry and inventory record maintenance.

·      Support showroom operations and customer service activities as required.

Requirements

·      Any Degree / Diploma.

·      Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.

·      Good communication and customer handling skills.

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·      Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

·      Candidates with experience in paint shops, hardware stores, electrical shops, or retail showrooms will be preferred.
