आपकी भूमिका (Your Role): हम एक ऐसे व्यक्ति की तलाश में हैं जो न सिर्फ हमारे आधिकारिक सोशल मीडिया हैंडल्स को ग्रो कर सके, बल्कि हमारे 100+ Instagram फैन पेजेज के नेटवर्क को भी बेहतरीन तरीके से लीड और मैनेज कर सके। आपको एजुकेशन और ट्रेंडिंग कंटेंट की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए।
जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):
- Official Channels Management: कंपनी के मुख्य Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn और YouTube अकाउंट्स की डेली पोस्टिंग, ग्रोथ और इंगेजमेंट संभालना।
- Fan Page Network: 100+ Instagram फैन पेजेज के विशाल नेटवर्क पर कंटेंट डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन, ब्रांडिंग और कम्युनिटी इंगेजमेंट को सफलतापूर्वक रन करना।
- YouTube Optimization: एजुकेशनल वीडियो और मैराथन क्लासेज के लिए थंबनेल आइडियाज, टाइटल्स, टैग्स और डिस्क्रिप्शन (SEO) को ऑप्टिमाइज करना।
- Campaigns & Launches: नए बैचेस (जैसे- Success Batch) या क्लासेज की लॉन्चिंग के लिए सोशल मीडिया पर हाइप क्रिएट करना और प्रमोशनल स्ट्रेटजी बनाना।
- Engagement: कमेंट्स, मैसेजेस का समय पर जवाब देना और स्टूडेंट्स व फॉलोअर्स के साथ एक मजबूत कनेक्शन बनाना।
योग्यता (Requirements):
- Social Media Management में अनुभव (खासकर Instagram और YouTube को ग्रो करने का ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड)।
- एक साथ कई अकाउंट्स और फैन पेजेज को बिना किसी परेशानी के हैंडल करने की क्षमता।
- सोशल मीडिया एल्गोरिदम, रील्स, और लेटेस्ट ट्रेंड्स की गहरी समझ।
- कंटेंट क्रिएशन, बेसिक ग्राफ़िक डिज़ाइन (जैसे Canva) या वीडियो एडिटिंग की समझ होना एक प्लस पॉइंट होगा।
एजुकेशनल कंटेंट और स्टूडेंट कम्युनिटी के साथ काम करने का जुनून।
