Job Description

Generate leads through networking, referrals, online marketing, and prospecting.

Meet with clients to understand their property needs, budget, and preferences.

Show residential or commercial properties to prospective buyers or tenants.

Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing, and property values.

Prepare and present property listings with accurate descriptions and photos.

Negotiate purchase, sale, or lease agreements on behalf of clients.

Assist clients with documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, customers, and property inventory.

Attend property launches, open houses, and promotional events.

Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
