Telesales Executive

Position : Customer Service Executive (Inbound & Outbound)

Education: Any Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Age: 18–32 years.

Gender: Female candidates are preferred.

Language Proficiency : Excellent English communication (Mandatory)

*Fluency in any one or more of the following languages: Kannada,Tamil,Malayalam,Bengali,Marathi*

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

* Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.

* Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

* Schedule appointments for customers with the respective clinics.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

* Follow company processes and quality standards during all customer interactions.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

* Achieve individual and team performance targets.

* Strong customer service orientation.

* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

*Compensation & Benefits*

CTC: ₹2.20 LPA – ₹4.00 LPA (Based on experience)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Rotational off

Shift: Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
