Computer Operator / Godown (Warehouse) Manager

We are looking for a responsible and organized Computer Operator / Godown Manager to manage daily warehouse operations while handling computer-based inventory and documentation. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good organizational skills, and experience in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain stock records and inventory in the system.

Monitor inward and outward material movement.

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and stock reports.

Update daily stock entries in Excel or ERP software.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.

Ensure proper storage and arrangement of materials in the godown.

Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.

Maintain all warehouse documents and records accurately.

Supervise loading and unloading of goods.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the warehouse.

Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

Knowledge of inventory management and stock handling.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and record-keeping ability.

Ability to work independently and manage warehouse operations.

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse, inventory, or computer operator role preferred
