Job Description

A Telesales Executive (Real Estate Sales) is responsible for generating and qualifying property leads over the phone, explaining projects to prospective buyers, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call potential customers from provided databases or marketing leads.
  • Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment, and sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide basic after-sales support.
