Job SummaryShadiJunction.com is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Franchise Development Manager to lead the expansion of our matrimonial franchise network across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating business opportunities, closing franchise deals, and ensuring successful onboarding of new franchisees. This role requires excellent sales, networking, and relationship management skills to drive business growth. ShadiJunction promotes a franchise model to expand its matchmaking and wedding-related services across multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate qualified franchise leads through digital platforms, referrals, events, and business networking.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and business demonstrations with prospective franchise partners.
  • Explain the ShadiJunction franchise model, investment requirements, business opportunities, and return on investment.
  • Manage the complete franchise sales cycle—from lead generation to agreement signing and franchise launch.
  • Identify potential cities and territories for franchise expansion based on market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
  • Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and training teams for smooth franchise onboarding.
  • Ensure all franchise documentation, agreements, and compliance processes are completed accurately.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM software.
  • Represent ShadiJunction at franchise expos, business events, seminars, and networking programs.
  • Provide post-launch support and coordinate with franchise partners to ensure business success.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, Channel Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in franchising, retail expansion, education, healthcare, real estate, or service-based businesses will be an added advantage.


Required Skills


  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Good understanding of franchise business models.
  • Strong market research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software, and Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel across Uttar Pradesh and other states as required.
