Job Description

Receptionist / Front Office Executive – Olympeak Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation


We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage the clinic’s front office efficiently.


Responsibilities:


* Welcome and assist patients and visitors.

* Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient registrations.

* Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other enquiries professionally.

* Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding daily appointments.

* Handle billing, payment collection, and maintain basic records.

* Follow up with patients for appointments and review sessions.

* Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.

* Keep the reception and waiting area clean and organized.

* Assist with basic administrative tasks and inventory management.

* Support social media activities by recording simple videos, coordinating with the content team, and responding to online enquiries when required.


Requirements:


* Graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).

* Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and appointment scheduling is preferred.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.

* Immediate joining preferred.
