Collection Team Leader

Job Title: Team Leader – Collections (Voice Process)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage a team of collection executives for a domestic voice process (credit card collections). The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly recovery targets, team performance, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a team of around 50 collection executives

Ensure achievement of monthly recovery and productivity targets

Monitor daily performance, attendance, and quality of the team

Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members

Manage dialer and CRM operations effectively

Prepare and share performance reports with management and clients

Handle client interactions and provide regular updates

Ensure compliance with process and company policies

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year of experience as Team Leader in collections (voice process preferred)

Experience in credit card collections (mandatory)

Strong team handling and leadership skills

Good communication and reporting skills

Knowledge of dialer and CRM systems

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
