Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and result-oriented MD Dermatologist to join our elite medical team. In this role, you will lead the dermatology and trichology division, diagnosing and treating a wide array of skin, hair, and scalp conditions. You will perform advanced clinical, cosmetic, and laser procedures while collaborating with our aesthetic technicians and surgical teams to provide comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Consultations & DiagnosisConduct detailed skin and scalp evaluations, including digital trichoscopic analysis and hair thickness assessments.
• Diagnose and design customized, evidence-based treatment plans for diverse dermatological and trichological conditions (e.g., advanced alopecia, stubborn acne, melasma, scarring, and hyperpigmentation).
• Review patient medical histories, manage pre- and post-procedure medical protocols, and provide realistic, ethical expected timelines.
• 2. Advanced Aesthetic & Laser ProceduresAdminister and oversee advanced non-surgical hair loss treatments, including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, Growth Factor Concentrate (GFC) therapy, and Exosome hair treatments.
• Perform advanced cosmetic dermatology procedures, such as chemical peels, microneedling, Korean Glass treatments, and Carbon Laser Facials.
• Supervise or execute advanced laser technologies, including Laser Hair Reduction (LHR) protocols and Laser Tattoo Removal.
• 3. Medical Leadership & Brand CollaborationUphold the highest standards of sterilization, hygiene, and patient safety protocols within a controlled clinical environment.
• Guide and mentor junior clinical staff and cosmetologists to maintain exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate occasionally with the marketing team to share clinical insights for educational video content or public health outreach.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: MBBS degree followed by an MD (or DNB) in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy from a recognized medical institution.
• Licensure: Valid and active registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / State Medical Council.
• Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in clinical and aesthetic dermatology (experience or a strong keen interest in trichology and advanced hair-loss therapies is highly preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with modern dermatological lasers, micro-needling equipment, and injectable aesthetic modalities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, a strong patient-first empathetic approach, and dedication to medical ethics and transparency.
