Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's machines and services.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
  • Update customer details and call records in Excel or CRM software.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production departments regarding customer enquiries.
  • Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with customers.
  • Required QualificationsMinimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream).
  • Candidates with 12th Pass and relevant telecalling experience may also apply.
  • ExperienceFresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector will be an added advantage.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under targets.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
