Job Description
Daksh Building Material & Hardware is hiring an experienced Sales Executive who has strong knowledge of Building Materials, Hardware, Paints, Plumbing, Electrical, Safety Products, and their market rates.
- Required KnowledgeCement, TMT Steel, Bricks, Sand, Aggregate
- Hardware Items (Nuts, Bolts, Screws, Hinges, Locks, Tools)
- Paints, Putty, Primer & Waterproofing Products
- Plumbing Materials (PVC, CPVC, UPVC, SWR Pipes & Fittings)
- Electrical Materials (Wires, Switches, MCB, Conduits, LED Lights)
- Safety Products (Helmet, Gloves, Safety Shoes, Fire Extinguishers, Safety Jackets)
- Knowledge of market rates, brands, specifications, and customer requirements
- ResponsibilitiesMeet Contractors, Builders, Architects & Interior Designers
- Generate New Business & Convert Leads
- Prepare Quotations and Negotiate Prices
- Maintain Customer Relationships
- Coordinate with Vendors & Purchase Team
- Achieve Monthly Sales Targets
- Submit Daily Sales & Visit Reports
- RequirementsGood communication and negotiation skills
- Building Material industry experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of product specifications and current market pricing
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
