Job Description

Job Title: Malayalam Telecaller

Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month


Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Overview:We are looking for a Malayalam-speaking Telecaller to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and have good communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.


  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicate clearly in Malayalam (mandatory)
  • Experience in Telemarketing /Telesales or Outbound voice process
  • Prior experience in handling target-based role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Immediate joiners preferred
