Job Description
Job Title: Office Boy
Location: Nagpur
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Assist in office maintenance and daily administrative tasks.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials when required.
- Arrange meeting rooms and provide support during meetings.
- Purchase office supplies and manage pantry items.
- Support staff with miscellaneous office-related duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Good communication and a positive attitude.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Prior experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
