Job Description
- Conduct verification and investigation of Motor and Non-Motor insurance claims for General Insurance Companies.
- Assess accidental damages, loss circumstances, and claim-related facts through physical inspections and field investigations.
- Perform detailed fraud detection and claim validation activities to identify discrepancies, misrepresentation, and suspicious claim patterns.
- Conduct field investigations for reported losses, accidents, and suspicious activities as per insurer guidelines and investigation protocols.
- Verify insured/customer details, policy-related documents, ownership records, and supporting claim documents.
- Inspect physical assets, damaged properties, and vehicles to assess the extent and authenticity of reported losses.
- Collect statements, evidence, photographs, and relevant records to prepare comprehensive investigation reports.
- Coordinate with insured persons, claimants, garages, authorities, and other stakeholders for claim verification.
- Submit detailed findings and recommendations to insurance companies to support fair claim settlement decisions.
