Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Description:

Ayurvedagram is a reputed heritage Ayurveda wellness resort in Whitefield, Bengaluru. We are hiring an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting for our resort operationsYour daily work:

• Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (purchases, expenses, receipts, payments)
• Process vendor invoices, verify against GRN/Purchase Orders, and prepare payments
• Support guest billing and coordinate with Front Office on settlements and dues
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements
• Manage petty cash with proper vouchers and approvals
• Assist in GST and TDS workings and monthly filings
• Support statutory payment data (PF, ESI, Professional Tax) in coordination with HR
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores on stock and invoice matching
• Assist in month-end closing and MIS reports for the Finance Head
• Maintain organised physical and digital records of all financial documents

Skills needed:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory deductions
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet monthly deadlines and coordinate across departments
