Job SummaryHaritha Automation Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, channel partners, and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for partner coordination, sales administration, lead tracking, quotation management, customer communication, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, Hindi proficiency, technical product understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner ManagementIdentify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within assigned territories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate partner activities to achieve revenue and sales objectives.
  • Support partners in executing business plans and sales strategies.
  • Resolve partner-related issues, pricing concerns, and sales conflicts promptly.
  • Monitor partner performance and recommend improvement measures.
  • Sales Coordination & SupportAssist the sales team in lead management and customer follow-ups.
  • Coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.
  • Track sales orders from enquiry to delivery and installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
  • Business Development SupportGenerate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Technical Product CoordinationDevelop a strong understanding of company products and solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and applications to channel partners and customers.
  • Coordinate with technical teams regarding product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Support product demonstrations and technical presentations when required.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support after-sales coordination and service requirements.
  • Sales Reporting & DocumentationMaintain CRM records and sales databases.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor sales performance and order status.
  • Track quotations, conversions, and pending opportunities.
  • Support management with sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Marketing & Promotional ActivitiesAssist in trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate partner meetings, customer events, and sales conferences.
  • Support marketing initiatives to increase product awareness and market reach.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
