Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP software.
  • Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries accurately.
  • Prepare customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank books.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile GST data, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
  • Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and perform periodic reconciliations.
  • Support inventory and stock accounting in coordination with Stores and Production departments.
