Job Description
The Agency channel field sales professional is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors (agents) to generate life insurance business and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
- Train and motivate advisors on products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- Support advisors in customer acquisition and sales closures.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with advisors and customers.
