Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all accounting entries, including:
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• General Entries
• Journal Entries
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Prepare and reconcile ledgers and monthly financial reports.
• Manage GST activities, including invoicing, reconciliations, and return filing support.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate with management on financial planning and reporting requirements.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Support audits and provide required documentation and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in GST and TDS working.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in handling accounts for service-based organizations will be preferred.
